At present, the production process of high manganese steel castings mainly adopts the following production processes: one is that most of the casting surface quality requirements are not high, CO2 hardened water glass sand molding process is adopted; The other is the production process of alkaline phenolic self-hardening resin sand, which generally requires higher requirements. Most export castings adopt this process. Some enterprises in the market also use nitrogen-free or low-nitrogen furan resin, but the quantity is still relatively small; there are also such castings produced by V method molding; There are also such castings produced by phenol urethane resin.
